Maolu put together distinguished career at the perennial powerhouse Apple Valley High School excelling on the mat where he was a 3-time Minnesota State Champion, Cheesehead Champion, 4x Team State Champion and a member of the Undisputed National Championship Apple Valley wrestling team.
